• Twin-sharing/double accommodation in a 3-star hotel for 2 nights in Kathmandu including breakfast

• Meals (lunch and dinner) in Kathmandu
• International flight fare and airport departure tax

• Nepal Entry Visa (Visa can be acquired easily after your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu with a fee of USD 50 for 30 days visa and USD 125 for 90 days visa)
• Personal Trekking gear and equipment
• Any expenses other than the Price Include section

Payment Terms:

• 30% advance at the time of booking.
• 45% payment to be made at least one month prior to departure (on or before March 1, 2025).
• Remaining 25% to be paid by March 15, 2025.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made on or before March 20, 2025: 75% refund.
• Cancellations between March 21 and March 25, 2025: 50% refund.
• Cancellations from March 25, 2025, onwards: Only 10% refund.
